1. Think about the task at hand you want to prompt something, and the process you would go through to perform such task. Do you follow any criteria, context, document, or branding material?

2. Add context to your prompt. I.E. “Generate 10 headline ideas for an AI Newsletter”

3. Add an objective to your prompt that should be accomplished “Generate 10 headline ideas for an AI Newsletter for a higher click-through rate”

4. Add other constraints such as characters “Generate 10 headline ideas for an AI Newsletter for a higher click-through rate with 20 characters maximum”

5. Train ChatGPT on previous answers or existing content by adding an example (or multiple) to your prompt. Make sure to properly label the example to be used. Ask ChatGPT to learn from the example, and follow its structure, or tone of voice for example when giving you the answer.

6. Play around with other instructions such as “explain this like I am a business executive with little time to read”, or “explain like I’m 5”, adding business or branding documents, etc.

How to Bulk Creating YouTube shorts using ChatGPT, Canva, and Google Sheets:

1. Open ChatGPT and generate a list of facts, for example. Ask ChatGPT to create a table with two columns: one for the fact number and one for the actual fact.

2. Copy and paste the generated facts into a Google Sheets document. Save the document as a CSV file.

3. Open Canva and search for YouTube short templates. Choose a template that you want to use or customize.

4. Delete extra pages in the template and add the video you would like to run on the background. You can change the video or use one from the template.

5. Click "Bulk create" and upload the CSV file you saved earlier. Assign the fact number and actual fact to different text boxes.

6. Connect the text boxes to the data fields in the CSV file. Adjust the text boxes as needed to accommodate longer facts.

7. Click "Continue" and wait for Canva to generate the pages. Delete any incomplete pages.

8. Adjust the video transitions and lengths as desired. Download the finished YouTube shorts as MP4 files.

With these steps, you can quickly and easily create multiple YouTube shorts using ChatGPT, Canva, and Google Sheets. We used “Facts” as an example, but you could use “Small Business Ideas”, or curiosities related to your industry.
