How to Bulk Create YouTube shorts using ChatGPT, Google Sheets and Canva

1. Open ChatGPT and generate a list of facts, for example. Ask ChatGPT to create a table with two columns: one for the fact number and one for the actual fact.

2. Copy and paste the generated facts into a Google Sheets document. Save the document as a CSV file.

3. Open Canva and search for YouTube short templates. Choose a template that you want to use or customize.

4. Delete extra pages in the template and add the video you would like to run in the background. You can change the video or use one from the template.

5. Click "Bulk Create" and upload the CSV file you saved earlier. Assign the fact number and actual fact to different text boxes.

6. Connect the text boxes to the data fields in the CSV file. Adjust the text boxes as needed to accommodate longer facts.

7. Click "Continue" and wait for Canva to generate the pages. Delete any incomplete pages.

8. Adjust the video transitions and lengths as desired. Download the finished YouTube shorts as MP4 files.

This prompt could be used to generate a batch of Midjourney prompts ahead of time following a specific structure or template, so you can have visual consistency in your Midjourney designs. We currently use this process for our newsletters.

1. Tell ChatGPT what he’s about to do, and make sure to clearly “Tag” information so he knows where to find what you referred to:

"Chat, use the "Midjourney Prompt Formula" I will give you to as reference and the "Image Description" for structure to create midjourney prompts that could be used to create images inside midjourney" 

2. Provide the formula you want ChatGPT to follow:

"Here is a "Midjourney Prompt Formula" that you should replicate the structure, but not copy the content: I.E. Image of a bustling city street, vibrant, energetic, diverse, chaotic, gritty, DSLR, wide-angle lens, late afternoon, street photography, black and white film,"

3. Provide content that Chat will take, to provide the new prompt

"Write 5 Mid Journey Prompts for using the following "Image Description", based on the "Midjourney Prompt Formula" above. Image Description: (Provide the image description)"

4. Provide examples of previous outputs by ChatGPT that you want as similar results. This has guaranteed a considerable consistency among Newsletter thumbnail designs.

"Here are 5 examples of prompts you provided in the past that I want you to take into consideration. Maintain the structure of it, but you can be creative with the different prompt parameters. (give the examples)"

By combining these 4 aspects into a single prompt, you should get multiple prompts that will follow a similar structure. On the long-run, you will notice the midjourney prompts have created designs with underlying similarities.
